The RB2000™ Barrier is a premium, heavy-duty water-filled containment barrier designed for maximum stability and durability in demanding environments. Standing 1 metre high, it is ideal for protecting worksites, guiding vehicle and pedestrian flows, and securing event perimeters. Its robust design helps keep people safe, prevents unauthorised access, and clearly defines restricted zones.
Manufactured from UV-stabilised HDPE, the RB2000™ performs in all weather conditions. Weighing just 35 kg when empty, it can be easily installed by two people without heavy lifting equipment. Once water-filled, each unit reaches a ballast weight of 400 kg, creating a strong and secure barrier line that resists tampering, accidental movement, and high winds.
A patented 5-position interlocking system allows the RB2000™ to follow bends, corners, and uneven ground while maintaining a flat, continuous wall. Compatible with mesh panels, solid hoarding, pedestrian and vehicle gates, it offers a versatile, high-visibility solution for site protection, traffic delineation, and pedestrian safety.
