The Evo Barrier system is a durable, high-visibility solution for traffic management, pedestrian safety, and site protection. Manufactured from UV-stabilised MDPE, these interlocking barriers form a secure, gap-free wall that adapts easily to complex layouts.
Lightweight when empty and stackable for storage, Evo Barriers can be deployed quickly without lifting equipment. Once filled with water or sand, they deliver outstanding stability and have been independently wind tested for reliable performance in exposed locations.
With five base unit designs available – including cornering and slimline options – the Evo Barrier system offers flexibility for almost any project. Optional mesh panel accessories further extend the height and security of the system, creating a scalable solution for work zones, events, and restricted areas

Evo Barrier Base Units
Evo 1
The standard 1m Evo Barrier, designed for flexibility in any site layout. Ideal for projects where shorter lengths allow for more adaptable configurations.
Evo 1.5
A longer 1.5m version of the Evo Barrier, reducing the number of joins and making installation faster on long runs.
Evo 80
Standing taller at 800mm, the Evo 80 offers increased visibility and improved pedestrian and vehicle containment, making it ideal for hazard marking in high-traffic areas.
EvoGator
A slimline barrier at just 300mm wide, perfect for narrow streets, pavements, and other restricted spaces while still providing stability and separation.
Evo Angle
Specially designed to create gap-free 90° corners, ensuring continuous protection around site perimeters or complex layouts.
