Ramudden Global UK is stepping confidently into 2026 with a refreshed Senior Leadership structure for its UK business, reinforcing our commitment to customer focus, growth and service excellence across all areas of the organisation.
The structure has been designed to strengthen connections across the business, energise teams and ensure Ramudden Global UK continues to deliver an unrivalled service for customers nationwide. It reflects a clear focus on putting the right people in the right roles, bringing in leaders with experience, momentum and a strong vision for the future.
By aligning leadership with customer needs and the ambitions of our people, the new structure strengthens Ramudden Global UK’s service capability and positions the business to grow confidently across all areas. It enables us to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions while creating more meaningful, effective interactions with customers every single day.
A key part of this evolution is the creation of a newly formed Commercial & Business Development function, which brings together all Business Development, Marketing and Bid activity under one strategic umbrella. This function will champion the customer, ensuring that every client, existing and new, fully understands the breadth of services Ramudden Global UK can offer.
Ian Price, Chief Commercial Officer
Ian joined the group in February 2025 and now takes on the role of Chief Commercial Officer, leading the Commercial & Business Development function. Ian brings extensive commercial experience and a strong customer-first mindset. Since joining the business, he has played a key role in strengthening commercial focus, supporting sustainable growth and ensuring customers fully understand the value and breadth of our services. In his role, Ian is responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Bid activity, helping to drive long-term growth and deeper customer relationships across the UK.
Alongside this commercial focus, we’re pleased to have welcomed two new senior leaders who will further strengthen operational delivery and specialist expertise.
Alex Lever, Managing Director – High Speed Traffic Services
Alex joins Ramudden Global UK as Managing Director for High-Speed Traffic Services, bringing strong leadership experience and a proven track record of driving performance. Alex will lead the continued development of our high-speed traffic management operations, working closely with experienced teams to maintain a strong focus on safety, operational excellence and the delivery of consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers operating on the UK’s strategic road network.
Mick Ledden, Managing Director – Urban Solutions & Hire
Mick Ledden joins the business as Managing Director for Urban Solutions and Hire, overseeing services that support complex urban environments, infrastructure projects and hire solutions. Mick’s focus will be on strengthening customer partnerships, developing scalable solutions and ensuring teams are equipped to deliver safe, efficient and innovative services across urban and low-speed environments.
