The MaxiTrack system provides a heavy-duty yet man-handleable trackway solution for temporary access, vehicle routes, and site protection. Manufactured in Europe from high-performance Zetralene™ plastic, the mats deliver exceptional load-bearing strength while remaining light enough to handle manually – typically by a two-person lift.
Each 40 kg mat incorporates overlapping lipped connectors for secure joins, enhanced stability, and effective mud suppression. The SmartGrip™ tread pattern ensures superior traction for rubber-tracked, tyred, and even military vehicles, while slotted joints allow for heat expansion across large installations such as compounds or car parks.
