Our employees are actively encouraged to report all unsafe acts and incidents and this allows the management team to take action. To support this initiative, we introduced a reward scheme in 2011 endorsed by our Managing Director.
The process of the scheme begins with an employee being selected for a monthly safety award, the prize of which is £50. At the end of each year our Managing Director, Kim Yates along with our Group Health and Safety Manager, Christopher Rowley look at the details of each monthly award and decide on an overall winner for year.
Richard, an operative at our Solutions Depot, Finedon has worked with Chevron for over 4 years. Area Manager Dale Hicks commented “Richard is a valued member of our team and is truly deserving of this award, well done Richard!”
